What's included in the price?

This is an all inclusive workshop so lodging, food & transportation are included in your retreat ticket price. The only thing that is not included is flights to and from Iceland - but there are some amazing deals out there if booked well in advance!

Where will we be staying?

We are renting a very large house in Selfoss for us all to stay in to really take advantage of the community feel. With that said, it will be communal living including some bunk rooms etc (Iceland does not have many large places that offer individual rooms etc) and we must do our best to respect everyone in attendance.

How will the sessions work?

We will be breaking off into individual groups to make each session a bit more intimate and less stressful so each and everyone can get the shots they need/want

What is 24 hour sun?

Our sessions will most likely be later on in the evening because there is 24 sun around that time of the year (at the beginning of June its ducks between midnight and 3am so bring some sleeping masks!)

With the time change it wont feel very late for us to be working in the evening so that is a huge bonus!

How can we prepare for the retreat and staying in Iceland?

We will be providing a TON of information in the form of a welcome pack that will have tips on traveling to Iceland - including where to get wifi, what to avoid, where to shop, best places to visit if you're planning on staying a few days on wither end and so on.

Did you mean to spell "Flow" and not "Floe"

Nope! When deciding on a name I thought it would be fun to play off what most people call this island; the land of fire and ice. So Ember (this ones obvious) and Floe: which means a floating sheet of ice
